QNova Sports

QNova Sports helps pickleball brands develop custom paddles from an approved product brief through sampling and production. We review face materials, core construction, shape, thickness, weight, grip, graphics and packaging against your target player and market position. Options include carbon fiber, fiberglass and other suitable face materials; polypropylene honeycomb cores; conventional or thermoformed construction; existing molds or custom mold development where appropriate. We coordinate sample review, specification approval, production management and quality checks using the approved sample as a reference. Share your target market, preferred construction, expected quantity, artwork and packaging needs for a project-specific quote. MOQ, tooling, sample timing and production lead time are confirmed after reviewing the final requirements.
