Ribometrix Inc is a Durham, North Carolina-based biotechnology company pioneering a new approach to drug discovery. We are combining the proven power of small molecules with the promise of RNA targeting to create a new class of therapeutics.

Ribometrix is focused on discovering and developing small molecule drugs that directly target cellular RNAs to correct the levels of their encoded, disease-causing proteins. Our scientific offices are located in the newly renovated Biolabs Space in Durham, with offices in Chapel Hill and Boston.

Unlike conventional therapeutic pipelines, we leverage our innovative platform to identify and develop molecules that deliver the power of RNA targeting across a wide range of disease areas. We’ve teamed up with strategic partners to help us advance the new therapeutics frontier of direct RNA targeting using small molecules.
