Rooney Family Law is a specialist Scottish family law firm. As our name suggests, family law is all we do. While our head office is based in Uddingston, we have locations throughout Scotland and act for clients in every part of the country. We offer remote consultations via Zoom or telephone and aim to be accessible and flexible in how we deliver advice to clients across Scotland. We also take a different approach to how we charge for our services. Unlike the industry standard of six-minute (or even ten-minute) billing units, we use three-minute units. This improves transparency and ensures clients are only charged for time actually spent. Where appropriate, we also offer fixed fees for certain undefended divorce actions. We issue weekly itemised billing statements to keep clients fully informed and in control of their legal costs. We also offer instalment options and accept all major payment methods.
