SportsAbility Alliance

SportsAbility Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching lives through accessible, inclusive recreation for people with disabilities and the general public. Based in Tallahassee, Florida, and operating since 1990, we provide hands-on recreation programs, community outreach, and educational resources. We work closely with state, local, and private organizations to develop and enhance recreation opportunities across Florida and beyond, including agencies like the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Our mission is to foster a more inclusive community by connecting individuals with disabilities to adaptive sports, leisure activities, and vital support networks through initiatives like the SportsAbility Expo and the My Needs Network – a comprehensive database of accessible recreation resources. We are proud to support events such as Miracle Sports and Hands Helping Anglers, demonstrating our commitment to creating opportunities for all.
