We provide a diverse range of martial arts styles, including Self-Defense, Striking, Grappling, and Stick & Knife fighting, catering to individuals of all skill levels and backgrounds.

What sets us apart is our unique ‘Dragon Method,’ blending traditional martial arts principles with a focus on holistic fitness and adaptability. Our founder, Sifu Mike, a highly experienced martial artist and cancer survivor, emphasizes building a strong, resilient body capable of handling any situation. He combines decades of training in Escrima, Kenpo, Arnis, Kajukenbo, Wun Hop Kuen Do, Xiao Zhang Kung Fu, and Kempo-Jutsu, offering a truly expansive martial arts experience.

At TKFMMA, we’re dedicated to fostering a supportive community where students can develop confidence, discipline, and practical self-defense skills, regardless of prior injuries or physical limitations. We’ve taught over 11,400 hours of martial arts instruction since 2010, helping individuals improve their fitness, self-esteem, and ability to protect themselves.
