Guiding Grace is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe haven and comprehensive support system for pregnant women and single mothers facing unexpected pregnancies and economic barriers in Southwest Florida. We move families beyond crisis-based relief, fostering lasting stability and empowering them to build thriving futures for themselves and their children. Through individualized, relationship-centered case management and educational opportunities, we address the root causes of instability, offering consistent guidance, mentorship, and practical resources. Our approach focuses on breaking generational cycles of poverty and trauma, equipping families with the tools and confidence to achieve long-term independence and create a healthier future.
