Liguori is a 100% Italian family-owned food company. Established in 1795 in Gragnano - the hometown of pasta. Gragnano lies sheltered by the Apennine Mountains and benefits from a sea breeze that brings humidity from the coast. Pastificio Liguori is the leader for pasta di Gragnano IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). Protected Geographical Indication protects consumers from counterfeits and abuses by certifying the quality of the product and the link with the territory. Pasta di Gragnano IGP has become an established name among pasta connoisseurs, chefs, and other industry leaders. It has become a reference in the pasta market. Pasta Liguori means quality and 100% made in Italy. We choose only the best 100% Italian durum wheat, grown in the fields of Tavoliere delle Puglie, Basilicata, Molise and Marche. Quality and safety are guaranteed by the traceability of our certified supply chain: from the fields to the tables. Our slow drying method allows our pasta to preserve the pale yellow color, scent, nutritional values and the taste of the Italian durum wheat. When Cooked, our Pasta has a firm, elastic consistency, not sticky. It maintains its shape well, with a strong durum wheat flavor and a light fragrance of ripe wheat. Respect for nature is our priority, that's why we pursue an eco-sustainable development by reducing CO2 emissions. Today we further realize our commitment by storing our pasta in a brand-new package that respects the environment, made of paper recyclable with paper (Aticelca® 501). This choice together with the use of recyclable brown cartons (FSC Certified: Forest Stewardship Council), is aligned in accordance with the Corporate policy of being eco-friendly, protecting nature and facilitating practices with low environmental impact. Established at the end of the 60s, Formec Biffi is a leading company in the food market under its two main brand names, Biffi and Gaia. In particular, it is the Italian leading producer of sauces. This success was built through the years with a continuous investment in research. Everything started with mayonnaise: with this product Mr. Pietro Casella, founder of Formec, started doing business in a time when canned wasn’t widespread, especially in Italy. His intuition was to believe in the evolution of the food industry, in the development of food retailers and new consumer trends. This vocation to innovation still inspires our business that tries to anticipate market needs with a particular focus on the most developed segments which drive the demand. Formec fully believes in ethical corporate governance: for example, it has always been committed to the quality of its working environment by investing a lot in this field.

PROUDLY GOOD AND 100% ITALIAN. A journey between history and passion for the good products Since 1911 Levoni has been synonymous with high-quality deli meats in accordance with the tradition of the Italian charcuterie. That of Levoni is a journey of excellence started in the province of Mantua - in Castellucchio - with the gold medal won by Ezechiello Levoni at the International "Modern Arts & Industry" Exhibition, just two years after the company's foundation. Just like a hundred years ago, the secret that makes Levoni one of the most appreciated brands in the best Italian and international charcuterie is the attention to detail at every stage of the process, of the raw material in the first place. The 100% Italian pigs come from the circuit of the protected meat and are bred in northern Italy, an essential choice to ensure their wellness during the journey and reduce pollution from road transport. With a deep focus on the subject of animal welfare, Levoni promotes a mission that incorporates quality and respect, in a constantly evolving path for continuous maintenance and improvement. Natural ingredients, choice of the best types of meat, special attention to the maturation times, the selection of spices and herbs, the exclusive mixture of mountain woods used for smoking are just some of the factors that determine the good quality and taste of Levoni deli meats. The 100% Italian certified Levoni deli meats stem from this unique interweaving of strictness, skill, craftsmanship, guarantees and modern safety standards.

Dolfin S.p.A. Dolfin, since 1914, is a confectionery factory run by the Finocchiaro family from Giarre. After the sweets, Dolfin took up the challenge of confetti with a crunchy Sicilian almond heart and then cannellinas, the spicy sweet with a vague hint of the Orient. In 1964 comes the first chocolate factory with the first Easter eggs "made in Sicily". In the Nineties, through the intuition and success of Polaretti®, come the popsicles with fruit juice ready to freeze in the freezer at home and now exported all over the world. The rest is recent history: ice slushes and sorbets with Sicilian citrus, frozen snacks, fruit snacks for delicious refreshing breaks throughout the summer and, for the rest of the year, there is chocolate in a thousand irresistible forms: pennies for Christmas, sweets in Epiphany stockings, Easter eggs, chocolates and playful pralines coloured with the cartoon characters most loved by children all over the world.

The Consortium was established in 1961 for the purpose of protecting and promoting the name of the typical prosciutto and establishing the regulations for the raw materials and product processing. Today all 31 Prosciutto di San Daniele producers are members of the Consortium. The Consortium maintains the Product Specifications, monitors their correct application and protects the trademark Prosciutto di San Daniele and the distinctive symbols of the Protected Designation of Origin. It safeguards the typicality and characteristics of the product, regulates subjects of common interest for all parts of the production chain (breeding, slaughter, prosciutto-making), and undertakes activities of technical production standardization in all relevant sectors. The Consortium promotes through marketing and communication initiatives Prosciutto di San Daniele all over the world. Prosciutto di San Daniele is an Italian air-cured ham, and is well known all over the world by gourmet enthusiasts who appreciate its delicate and refined taste. Passion and attention goes into each and every part of the Prosciutto di San Daniele process. All meat originates from pigs born and bred in ten regions of central and northern Italy. Only sea salt is added to the meat from these Italian reared pigs, so it contains no artificial additives or preservatives. The maturing process also uses traditional methods, taking advantage of the climate in San Daniele del Friuli, which is just about perfect for the production of prosciutto. Prosciutto di San Daniele is proud to bear a logo that embodies quality and craft. That’s why on every leg of Prosciutto di San Daniele there is the unmistakable Consortium seal branded onto the rind. This means that anyone can know with certainty that the prosciutto has been through our rigorous production process and meets our high quality standards. Today, the Prosciutto di San Daniele trademark is comprehensively protected in 51 countries.

Our story is written in the land, the same land where for eight generations we have dedicated the attention and love that you devote to a family member. Our grandparents taught us to respect the land, keeping an eye on the future. And this vision, still today, allows us to have thriving vineyards and rich, fertile land to farm. Over the years, a precise project to enhance and develop native varieties and territories with greater wine-growing vocation led us to expand. In addition to the historical estate, Regaleali, we now have Capofaro on Salina, in the Aeolian islands; Tascante on Mount Etna; Whitaker on Mozia in the province of Trapani; and Sallier de La Tour in the DOC Monreale area. Each of these estates has a story to tell, each one recounts a different Sicily. The greatest challenge for us now is that of preserving these places to leave our children a better environment, with constant attention to safeguarding each individual ecosystem.

Frequently asked questions

Updated 23 October 2026

What is Enterprise League?

Enterprise League is a free business directory that helps buyers find the right company by sector and country. Every company has a profile showing what it does, what it offers and how to get in touch.

Is it free to list my company?

Yes, and it stays free: no card, no paid tier. Your profile appears in search results and category pages, can show up to 20 products and services, and lets buyers message you or ask for a quote.

How does verification work, and what does it cost?

Verifying your company is free. Confirm a code we email to an address at your company’s website, or send a company registration document for our team to check, and the verified badge appears on your profile. To show the badge in the directory and search results as well, take out a subscription: the first 14 days are free, and the price is on our pricing page.

Where does the company information come from?

Most profiles are built from public sources, such as official company registers. Claim your company’s profile to correct its details and add your own.

How do I claim or correct my company’s profile?

Open your company’s profile and choose Claim Profile. If you use an email address at your company’s website, a 6-digit code makes the profile yours at once; otherwise our team reviews your request, usually within a few days. Spotted a mistake on a company that isn’t yours? Tell us through our contact page.
