Rattiinox has developed the third generation of radial diaphragm valves. These valves are extremely CIP-friendly due to the clean aseptic design of the valve bodies and radial diaphragm without any low - or zero - flow areas typical of weir-type valves. The diaphragms are machined from solid pre-compressed PTFE with low friction so even sticky biotech proteins slide off and extreme resistance to aggressive CIP chemicals and high SIP temperatures.
