Our Real Estate platform focuses on mission-driven partnerships that transform underutilized church and nonprofit properties into vibrant, sustainable communities. We leverage institutional underwriting and long-term capital to revitalize these assets, creating positive social and economic impact. Currently, we have six active engagements across four markets, including pre-development work with diocesan and university partnerships in Grand Rapids, Berkeley, Princeton, and Pittsburgh.
