Inspired by the rugged yet beautiful North Yorkshire moors, this gin combines hints of the sea (kelp) with botanicals influenced by the meandering journey to the coast through the rolling Yorkshire Wolds. We introduce honey, dandelion, lavender, berries, and Hawthorne blossom into the distillation.
