Our intensive fellowship program trains individuals to become certified AI Monitoring Engineers. Fellows gain hands-on experience building and governing AI systems, mastering prompt engineering, semantic memory, vector search, and agent orchestration. They learn to pair with governed AI agents, enforce constitutional compliance, and maintain human-in-the-loop oversight – preparing them for careers in the rapidly growing field of AI governance.
