The foundation of The Girls Who Chat program, designed to empower minority girls to overcome trauma, build emotional intelligence, and find their voices in media and communication. The curriculum addresses the emotional impacts of inherited trauma, providing tools to process emotions and foster resilience. It focuses on social and emotional learning (SEL), communication skills, and self-expression.
